Buyers and Sellers [Toyota parts connect Distributors] are responsible for the transactions taking place through the website. Any issues relating to Sale and Purchase must be addressed to the respective Toyota parts connect Distributor and TKM shall not be held responsible for any issues, whatsoever related to commercial transactions. TKM is not part of the sale transactions facilitated by this website and shall not have any obligations or liabilities for the same. Website is a platform that may be utilized by the buyer to purchase Toyota Genuine parts as an alternate for buying from TKM Dealerships. You discharge, release and indemnify TKM, its officers and employees from all costs, damages and liabilities in connection with the transactions entered with the Toyota Parts Connect Distributors through this website.

Eligibility and Responsibility of the Account Holder

A person who is eligible to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 shall only become Account holder of this website. TKM reserves the right to terminate the account and deactivate the account if it is discovered or brought to the notice of TKM that you are incompetent to enter into contract as per applicable laws. Account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password and user name provided under this website. Any activity carried out through the account, its registered account holder will be responsible. We solely depend on the information provided by you while registering the account and providing the password. If TKM comes to know about the inaccuracy in the details provided by you, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account or refuse to provide the access to website.

Any disputes arising between the Buyer and Toyota parts connect Distributor with respect to transactions carried through this website shall be settled between the Buyer and the respective Toyota parts connect Distributor and TKM shall not be held liable or required to mediate between the two.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Toyota parts connect, we take extra care of your ordered needs and have put in place a transparent and clear shipping policy.

You can approach your Toyota parts connect Distributor for Delivery options. Your shipping address should be in the same city as that of the Toyota parts connect Distributor selected by you. Toyota parts connect Distributor will not be responsible for delivery of parts outside the city vicinity. In the event of invalid shipping address, Toyota parts connect Distributor will not be responsible for delivery of Parts.

Toyota Parts Connect Distributors will ensure to deliver your merchandise within 3-5 business days from the date you place an order on the website depending on the city you reside

Toyota parts connect Distributors ensure to ship products from Mondays to Saturdays; Your Orders placed on Saturdays would leave our Toyota parts connect Distributors only on Mondays.

Toyota parts connect Distributors may make every attempt to deliver on Sundays and Public holidays depending on the state and nature of holiday.

We do understand your urgencies and are committed to delivering your orders accurately in good condition and always on time.

In the event of Delivery, it would be better if someone at the delivery address is there to accept the receipt of the product. The recipient would need to provide his/ her name, relationship, signature and record the date and time as proof of delivery.

If you are not at home while the courier is attempted at your door step, a card would be left stating an attempt was made, while you were away. The card would also give you details of the related Toyota parts connect Distributor with valid telephone numbers. Either you may re-schedule the delivery by contacting them or we would get in touch with you.

You are requested to check the product by opening the parcel and confirming for any damage/defect/not as described product at the time of receiving the parcel before acceptance.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation by Customer

In case you want to cancel the Orders you have placed, you are requested to contact the Toyota Parts Connect Distributor responsible for delivery of your orders.

During Order Placement confirmation, the contact information of the Toyota Parts Connect Distributor responsible for delivery of your orders will be sent to your registered e-mail ID. Request you to refer the same contact details during cancellation of orders. You can cancel the order placed through the website within 8 hours of ordering time by calling the Toyota Parts Connect Distributor. Cancellation of the order is not permitted beyond this prescribed time limit of 8 hrs.

Toyota Parts Connect Distributors do not accept partial orders cancellation requests, Cancellations of one/few products in an order is not possible. Cancellation is applicable to the whole order (All Products in the Order).

In case your cancellation request is accepted by Toyota Parts Connect Distributor, then the respective Toyota parts connect Distributor will credit the refund amount either through Online transfer to your account or by providing you a cheque in this regard. In case of refund by online account transfers, you will receive the refund amount within 7 Business days.

b) Cancellation by Toyota Parts Connect

There may be certain orders that Toyota Parts Connect may not be able accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Toyota Parts Connect identifies for not accepting the order.

We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Return Policy

In the event you receive a defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to visit the Home page of our Website and go to Request for Return page and file a request. You are also requested to contact and notify the Toyota Parts Connect Distributor responsible for delivery of your orders about your request for return.

Upon receiving your complaint, Respective Toyota Parts Connect Distributor will contact you and confirm the authenticity and the nature of the complaint after which you will be requested to bring back the product to related Toyota Parts Connect Distributor within 1 day from receipt of such notice.

Once the Products are received they will be subjected to verification and checks by respective Toyota Parts Connect Distributors in order to determine the legitimacy of the Complaint/Return. After the genuineness of the Return is confirmed by the Distributor. You are required to either Request for a Replacement or Request for a Refund.

In case of Request for a Replacement the Toyota Parts Connect Distributor will communicate to you the Estimated Time of Delivery and mode of Delivery of the replacement product.

In case of Request for Refund, the respective Toyota Parts Connect Distributor will credit the refund amount (Cancellation charges applicable) either through Online transfer to your account or by providing you a cheque in this regard. In case of refund by online account transfers, you will receive the refund amount within 7 Business days.

In order to return any products sold through our Website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions,

viz:

1. Please notify your Respective Toyota parts Connect Distributor of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 3 days of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 3 days, Toyota parts connect Distributors shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the product.

2. Products should be unused.

3. Products should be brought back to the Toyota Parts Connect Distributor within 1 day from receipt of such notice.

4. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

5. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

Warranty Conditions

Toyota Parts Connect Distributor is responsible for Quality and warranty of the goods delivered. Warranty of the goods is offered to the extent of its coverage under the warranty policy of the manufacturer. (All Toyota Genuine Parts carry a 6 month / 10,000 Km [whichever is earlier] Toyota Warranty*) (Always keep invoice in original for warranty claim purposes).

TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE

Terms of Sale/Purchase through Toyota Parts Connect web portal

1. Toyota Parts Connect is web based platform for online parts sales portal between Toyota Parts Connect Distributor and Customers. In case any desecration /issues, the same shall be raised and settled with Toyota Parts Connect Distributor only and TKM shall not be responsible thereof.

2. We recommend buyer to take suggestion/advise from our distributor regarding the fitment instruction”

3. The actual Parts / Package may vary from the picture depicted in the website & Subject to change without prior notice.

4. All the parts should be checked thoroughly for damage on delivery of the items by the Buyer. Any damage bought to the notice after the delivery person (of Toyota Parts Connect Distributor) has left will be the responsibility of the buyer.

5. All purchases should be made after clearly understanding the part required for service and the part numbers / model to which it fits in should be verified by the Buyer.

6. No refunds and/or exchanges after 03 days. All parts to be returned as per Return Policy must be in the original packaging and must include a copy of Buyer’s invoice.

7. Toyota Parts Connect is not responsible for any faulty repair /mishandling of auto components during service process.

Policy Updates :

Toyota Parts Connect reserves the right to change or update this policy/terms and conditions at any time as per its requirements. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the site.
